How long does shipping take for my electric bike?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is the return policy for Heybike products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new and unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Heybikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. We provide comprehensive video tutorials and all necessary tools to help you complete the final assembly in about 30-45 minutes.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Heybike comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the battery, motor, and frame to ensure your peace of mind on every ride.
Can I ride my Heybike in the rain?
Our electric bikes are IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water.
