At Heybike, we want you to ride with confidence and offer a 30-day return window for all electric bikes in their original, unused condition. Whether you need an exchange or a full refund, our team is dedicated to ensuring your total satisfaction with your new ride.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Bike

    Ensure the e-bike is clean, odometer reads less than 10 miles, and it is securely packed in the original factory box with all chargers, keys, and manuals included.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement bike within 5-7 business days.
